The best and worst parts
An excellent location nestled in the majestic Galeries Saint-Hubert, with helpful staff and wonderful breakfast options that fueled our adventures. The room was clean and airy, perfect for our family.
Entry was inconvenient due to after-hours access issues, and some maintenance needs were visible in the common areas and rooms, making us feel less at home.

The location is unbeatable, right in the heart of the Galeries Royales, perfect for indulging in chocolate and waffles! The grand place is just a short stroll away, and our king room was spacious enough for our family, including three energetic grandkids.
In my wife's opinion, the bathroom could use a little attention, especially for families with little ones.

The spacious king room offered a wonderful balance of comfort and luxury, with a separate entry area with ample luggage space. The water pressure in the shower was amazing. The city view from my room added to the overall charm of my stay. I was also pleased with the friendly demeanor of the staff, who were always ready to assist in any way.

Perfect spot for exploring Brussels!
The location was unbeatable, right in the heart of everything. The staff was super helpful, and I enjoyed in-room breakfast, a nice touch. The only thing was the mattress was a bit firm for my liking. Still, the vibes of the city and hotel made it all worth it.

The location is fantastic, just steps away from iconic attractions. The communal areas were inviting and beautifully designed, complementing the spacious and comfortable room equipped with a great shower and thoughtful amenities like a coffee maker. Breakfast was a standout experience, with a good selection of fresh fruits, cured meats, and perfectly cooked eggs, although it would have been better with more variety. Noise from nearby nightlife was occasionally noticeable, and finding the hotel entrance proved a bit challenging at first.

Convenient location near the train station 🚆. Most things were good, but a couple of staff members seemed unapologetic at times.
